I don’t understand why you need an undergrad before you can go to law school.
Lawyers are forced to spend money on getting a degree in something like English or History before being able to study what they really want to study: the law. If law school lasted 5 years and began right after high school graduation, students could learn the practical stuff (like how to actually file a motion) along with the theory of the law.
